Look Into Your Future
How old are you now?
What's been the story of your life? If you had to write a
book about your life, would it be funny/sad/inspiring?
How do people talk about you, describe you? Do you like it?
Is there something else you would like them to be saying?
Exercise: Write your biography on no more than a few sheets of A4.
Read it over.
Ask yourself: How easy / difficult was this to do? Does it make you smile / cry / angry?
Have you missed something significant out? Was this to protect yourself?
Have you been honest, or have you exaggerated?
What would you have changed about your life?
Can you still make some of these changes?

Now think about how you would like your final biography to read.
At the end of your life, will you be full of regret and sadness?
Or will you feel fulfilled with life, full with happy memories and no regrets?
Visualise yourself in 20/30 years - how do you look?
Who are you with? What are you doing?
Exercise: Now complete your biography by imaging the rest of your life.
What would you like to be remembered for at your funeral?
What do you dream about and haven't yet done?

By looking at the big picture, you should be able to recognise where you would like your life to lead
and what is important to you as an individual.
What small changes can you make in order to make this future come true?
Do you need to make a dramatic change in your life?
As you can see, it's never too late!
